Feeling very stressed lately. Being bothered on the hotels that I had shortlisted to hold for our wedding banquet. On the other hand, work is piling up for me, which makes me unbreathable. I longed for a short break, even if it is just a night stay in Ritz Carlton or Pan Pacific , I will just be contented. But can I... sigh!!

All these weeks, Junshen & I had been hunting on hotels and running around to browse on those Grand Ballrooms and joining wedding shows conducted by the hotels... we enjoyed the process of meeting up the events coordinator to know more about the packages they had offered and the extra perks we bargain on, after which both of us will comment and do comparsion, eventually this become one of the hot topic in our daily conversation.

My "shortlisted hotel" as follows:-
1) Pan Pacific > I love the everything in it. But is out of my budget. (Rating : *****) Appt with Hotel sales :- 21 March @ 530pm.

2) M Hotel > I love the Bridal Suite. However the ballroom can only max.up to 32 tables (Rating: ****) Wedding Fair on 30 March, FOC.

3) Furamar RiverFront > I love the Venus Ballroom, looks spacious and grand. (Rating: ****) Appt with the hotel sales on 24 March.

4) Novotel > I love the Phoenix Ballroom & the private Foyer. But points deducted for the bridal suite, the bed is too low. (Rating: ***)

5) Amara Hotel > Private Foyer is personalised & the ballroom is nicely decorated with hotel themes. Only curfew is that it can only occupy 33 tables for a pillarless ballroom with long march in, once exceed the max.tables , the partion for next function will be opened up and form a "L-Shaped". (Rating: ***) Wedding Fair on 4 April.

6) Regent Hotel > The lobby is grand, no doubts on it. The ballroom is nicely decorated with hotel themes only except there's two insignificance pillars at the corners,but thumbs up for overall. (Rating: ****)

7) Orchard Hotel > The ballroom is definitely the spacious & is pillar-free with capacity of up to 100 tables. Bridal suite I would probably give 6 out of 10, as I dun really feel attached to it. (Rating: ****)

Benchmarking on the hotels, I just simply love pan pacific of all. Can we attain our goal to hold this wonderful & lovely ceremony in this dream palace? I hope for ..and pray for..... On my other mind, why can't I just get contented with any hotel!! sigh...

Beside managing our wedding planning, we finally settle another BIG thing in our life..and that is "Housing, A place where we call home"!! keke!

On 11 March 08 @ 1415pm, we finally chosen our ideal home which is under Build-To-Order (BTO) Flat scheme at Bt Panjang area "Segar Meadows". Intially, I balloted for this area because my best friend (Yanying) will also be balloting for it .And right now, she is still waiting for her turn to select the unit, but the chances of getting high floors is slimmer and slimmer..Sob! There's goes my dream of wearing pyjames to spend a night over at her house. :( right now, i wished that she can apply or purchase a resale flat near my area too. God Bless! But well, I should stop day dreaming on how to mock up my ideal house... Reason?? because the expected complete date is on 31 October 2012. Still a long long way... by the time, I wondered if i got kids le, will I still get a chance to furnish to my dream house!! well I have been seriously thinking about it. haha!

大年初一!

我发誓！我再也不要大年初一待在家了！电视一直开着八小时，爸爸唠叨，“不要看太久，要爆了”！我绝望的躺在床上哭泣，不知不觉就这么睡着了。好可怜啊！妈妈回来时以经是下午三点钟，她决定要到马来西亚，　第一时间，我跳起慎装打扮！这也是第一次，Boy 和我们一起去。It's another different experience, we had FUN visiting my relatives' house in different districts, 放鞭炮，烟花。。当时的我在想，It seems easy to get a two-storey terrace house for every family in Malaysia. 好羡慕噢！好玩的时间总是过的快，到达新加坡都Midnight 了。However, our programs did not put to a STOP yet. I got changed and headed off to St.James Powerhouse. 当晚，我们花了＄６０在搭德士来回，好心疼哦！The folks are already very happening and HIGH when we reached there. & Guess what my boy's mum was there too. She is the most hyper-active lady amongst all of us, dancing non-stop. We are proud of her! 3 Cheers to her Spirit!

It's eve of Lunar New Year! & I still got to work from 830am to 3pm. To be exact, should be 9am to 3pm. Sigh! I woke up late again 730AM! This is the 3rd time of the Week, I had overslept! My god! I had spent so much money on Cabbie! So today, since it's a special day, I hope I will be pardoned for my lateness. :P

My program for today:-

Boy fetching me after work at 3pm. And I am going for a long jog in stadium. God Bless that the weather will be Sunny!! I need the Sun!

After which, I will be having a simple dinner with my beloved family and soon after that we will be heading off to Causeway Point to watch the movie - CJ7!! Yeah! It's been a long time ever since we last watch the movie.

I will not have a very packed schedule for this CNY as I am not going to anywhere for house visiting, due to my lovely grandma had passed away last June. But well, I looked forward to gather with my frens on Chu San!! Yeah!! Yeah!! I hope my CnY will not be bored this year!! I sincerely wished for……

I love the location much, as it is near Sembawang park, which takes merely 15 mins for me to reach from my house. I know it is very late to update on my X'mas 2007 now. But late is better than never, isn't it! Last Xmas'07 was a Memorable and Uniquely celebration for me and my gang of friends. I would like to dedicate my appreciation to the committee members who had contributed their time and efforts to make this event successful and full of joys for everyone! Followed by the participants, without their support and participations, this event will not be completed and successful. 3 Cheers, everyone!

This event was held in an apartment, Somerset Liang Court! The place was stunning spacious, which comes in a living room, 2 bedrooms with 2 bathroom attached and 1 mini well-equipped kitchen. There is still ample space for us, 20 people moving around the house and most important, it’s fully air-conditioned.

We had steamboat, Xmas Turkey Feast & Haagen Dazz Strawberry Ice-cream log cake for that night. And to my surprise, everyone had finished the whole load of food which was really a lot a lot ….

I come up with Rules & Regulations that everyone will have to abide. “Hat & Tie” party was the theme for that night. I was so happy that everyone was so supportive and comes in the attire.

Start of Year 2008, I am sick for almost a week. Is this some kind of “Warning” forecasting on my health in 2008. I don’t know and don’t really think about it. It’s time for me to do some prayers.
Well, after been drowsy for days, finally today my mind is getting clearer after giving up on my flu medicine. It’s time for me to journalize on my previous events.

I am reaching to my limit at work recently and was suffering from the following symptoms:- Fatigue, frustrations, numbness of the environment and 话也越来越少 . Reason being, our team is short of manpower and come those overwhelming projects ramping up to meet the Dec's revenue, ending up with urgent shortage of parts. I begin to evaluate my performance and acquiring theories/ methodology to improve on my mind-mapping and increase my brainpower so that I can stay focused and organized.

Could it be signs of Ageing or should I blame on my nutritional regime??

I recalled an article in a fresh magazine; it says "Can Dieting cause Mental Illness? Under sub-header;- “The Food we eat is a powerful drug”.

“We have to learn how to medicate ourselves appropriately with the right nutrition to achieve the desired results. People who diet might experiences some hard-core situations; - such as, they can be completely overwhelmed by the small stressful situations which other friends seems able to handle. Or could be something simple as in indecisive on which outfit to wear and soon turning into panic attack. This is because they do not have the appropriate neuro-chemicals at their fingertips to help create and emotional buffer.” (Quoted by Alisa Vitti, www.laughingsagewellness.com, a New York-based holistic health practitioner)

I would not go in-depth to the effects of dieting. Bottom-line is to let know that eating habits is very important to we humans, the amount of food intake can contribute and can also affect us far more than we can expect. When we start to diet, we can feel like we are not getting enough nutrition and it can add up to all the different parts of the body being affected. I don’t deny I am on diet for the sake of wearing pretty, sexy clothes. ..Arrghh…!! This ALERT triggers me to associates my eating habits with my mental power. It might have affected me physically and emotionally. Bingo!
So, after reading up several articles, I will be more health conscious on my food intake and increase my workout sessions for a balanced diet. So after this pack of Jack & Jill Chilli potato chips, all my munchies will be chuck to the rubbish chute. Trust me!

Time really flies; it’s already mid-of the week. I am looking forward to my weekend as I am packed with fabulous program for Sat evening and Sun morning.

1 Dec 2007 (1900 Hrs)
It’s definitely worth watching with just only $144, seated in the first 5 rows for “Xiao Zhu’s SHOW ON STAGE SINGAPORE” at the Indoor Stadium. The Merit Award goes to our dearest secretary, Kim, as she is working in Capital land, thus I get to enjoy at such a good deal. I can’t wait to see this big party parade with his remarkable dance moves and Rainie Yang as his guest artiste.

Right now, my beloved boy is seated at a corner in his house creating an “Uniquely Light banner for me to show off and support Xiao Zhu at the concert”. I trusted that this will be the only and one lighted banner that will shine thru the concert. Oops! Am I getting over shameless and narcissistic?! Keke! Keke!!

2 Dec 2007 (Standard Chartered Marathon Run)
My eyes will have to be wide open at 6am and headed to Padang for my 10Km Run. Though it’s already 10KM, I can predict how exhausted I will be after burning few hundred of my calories. So following on, I would reward myself handsomely with a scrumptious breakfast.

My apology to my dearest fren, Cris, for breaking my promise on going to Orchard and Bugis today. It's all because of the idotic theme 可爱路线 that makes me come out with the disaster dressing today. I can't imagined and letting myelf looking Horrible on the busy streets. Right now, I am feeling super guilty 放飞机 .. Once more, I am sorry babe! Forgive me for giving such ridiculous reason.. But truly , my dressing sucks!

Lunch (Toliet) : I was walking into the toliet, there is this uncle who is giving me an unbelievable 2nd look before he entered into the gents! Behind, the Siao Cha Bo, giving me a 3 Loud wicked laugh before her urine comes out.

(Cafe Level 1) : The Mediacorp printing is having shooting for Elvin Ng and Jade Seah. Alright , none of my business. But heaven was not that kind to me.. Elvin Ng as what Cris said, he looks like Austin Power in his striking BLUE half-long pants which can see his socks and jacket. & Over another table, a kind lady (Baby) shout out, Eunice dun feel bad.. You having Kakis liao!! & therefore my face nvr lifts up again.

(Finally, when I thought the day is finally ending.. my favourite pest walked to TPL's table and tell her this joke. Hey tell Eunice to go to that dark area, think she can help to brighten up the whole area) ... 妈啊！ I swear thar I will not wear or buy any bright clothes again.

Sorry to keep my faithful and beloved Fans waiting… After few weeks of brain-wash, I had finally regained my energy on squeezing some brain juice out from my mind.
Ever since back from Taipei, I have been slacking at home and leading a laid back lifestyle, which I had enjoyed very much! Part of my passing time goes to Majong session. Heee!!

Overall, my journey I would express in four terms: - which is Joyful, Momentous, Worthwhile and Soothing!!

1st day (27th October 2007)

Gang of Four! Jetstar- seat no.21B & 21C

1735 hrs : Arrive Tao Yuan International Airport, the sky was already very dark. This made me feel tense and Panic that time is not enough for us. And lucky we have an airport transfer that can sent us directly to our designated Hotel ~ Riverview Hotel, which is located in Xi Men Ding without any hassle.

Thru’out the one-hour journey, I do not have the chance to bat an eyelid. On highway, I was looking out at the oncoming cars from my left and looking up on those super high-rise bridges that are above us. On streets, my eyes sparkled with those soaring, flashy colourful Ads on buildings. I am totally attracted by the busy streets.

2030 hrs : Upon checked in, we headed to our room (no. 0920) and my buddies was just opp us room no.0921. Not missing any We headed off to the famous place for youth “Xi Men Ding”. Sigh!! I think too highly of myself as I am just wearing short-sleeve with 3-quarter pants, thinking that the weather cannot freeze me. I was totally wrong, when the cold breeze blew towards us, I could feel the thorn poking on me and At that point of time, our mind is Food, We Need FOOD that can keeps us warm and full to combat the coldness.. In the end, after few streets, we decided to step in one of the conventional store and try the beehoon soup and “oyster” (Or Rua).. yucks! by looking at the sauce, you should know it taste awful!! :s

Alright, End of my granny’s story…. I believe I am getting you guys bored, I promise you that my day 2 will not be so dull and sluggish okie! Hang on for more ya!

Back from my trip

I am back in Singapore after my 6 days of trip to Taipei. I am super relaxed and ‘Nuah’, how I wish I still have another week of rest at home!! The feeling is super shiOK!! Regret to inform you guys that currently my brains cannot function properly hence shall keep u update more on my trip when I regain back my energy.

On Hari Raya Puasa 13 October, 5 flowers sisters (Yue, Ying, Nat, Kim and Me) finally gather together to celebrate advanced birthday for our beloved KIM.

Meeting Time: 1700 hrs
Dinner Place: Black Society (seafood)
Dessert Place: Haagen Daz

Luckily, I had workout my body to replenish the intake of the food that we had taken on that merely 5 hours.. I can’t imagine that after our dinner at Black Society, immediately we swapped to Haagen Daz to enjoy “Ice-Cream Choco Fondue” … Super Yummy! And it’s all fattening food.. SoB!Sob!!

After this fabulous feast, we headed to my house for tai tai favourite game ~ MaJong!!

It is a torture for me from Mon to Fridays.. Especially when I did not sleep well and my "beloved" Alimama is right beside me, chit chit chit chit nag nag the SAME OLD THING non-stop all the way from 830am to 12pm and 130pm to 530pm DAILY. Can u imagine the torture I am suffering! And that's where A GIANT HAMMER and A BIG SUPERGLUE comes into my mind! Wahhaaha.. Can anyone recommend of any great brands of glue that can really SHUT her mouth!!

I am super tired today because of the weird dream last night… I dreamt that my TAIPEI trip has turned into BANGKOK, the people and places are all in Bangkok. :( sad!! Sad! The funny thing is … I requested for high level storey, YESH! the room is located at top 2nd level, but is still shorter than other bldg, because…..the bldg is only 3 Storey high!! GOD!! I must be too stressed up by my trip & I sincerely pray that my hotel room will be as grand and high as I expected!

Office Madness

Lunch is the only time for me and my fellow colleagues to De-stress. We love hiding ourselves in the meeting room and gather to gossips and making fun at each other. And our target person is always that one and only one. And thanks to these folks who can help me to entertain HER, so that I can get that moment of “Peace~ness ”.
Today our female lead has bought her Canon Dcam for some SEX~y photo session. Who knows instead of being Sex~y, it has turned into ‘SM’… oh Gosh!!

On 29.09.07,I went to my best buddy~Shaun's dad birthday! It was really wonderful as beside able to celebrate his dad BIG day, we also get this chance to gather together. I had alot of fun snapping around and playing with the youngs and olds!

说了就伤心。。Ever since, everyone had started their career. The chances of gathering everyone is getting lesser and lesser. Hence whenever there's a get-together, I would GRAB the chance to SNAP and chitchatting around. Hummm…. I like this feeling!

Let me intro my beloved sis to you!… though we stayed in the same area, there's a phrase "live so near yet so far". She was sUper Busy with her worK, the last time i saw her was in August. OO..I missed her soOOO mUchie!

This is my first attempt blogging. First of all, I would like to dedicate my appreciation and thanks to this young lady, Angela Aka Water, who had design such a Chic webpage for me. Without her, I wouldn’t be able to reveal my 喜，怒，哀，乐, sharing my opinions and photos with you on all the events I had anticipated, keeping it as my lifelong memory. Find a day, I must really buck up and dig out the "DUMMY for BLOG" at Kinokuniya. As for, when will it be, mmm..it is best to left unsaid.

Having said, life is short, we must enjoy to the fullest. I appreciate of what the god had gave me:-
A blissful complete family which comprise my dad, mummy, 2 yrs old younger-sis and my ever-loved grandma who had left us on 23 June’07.
A Thoughtful and Astonish boyfriend who can endure my willfulness and unpredictable temper for these six and half years.
A brunch of virtuous buddies and sisters who is always by my side,giving me moral support and companionship.
Lastly, not forgetting my dearest cousins, especially my “little Abel” nephew who was born on 23 Feb’06, our cousinz bonding get closer day by day. Oh I can’t just stop thinking of him!! My wish for the day is…hoping my baby will be as loving and cute as him”. 哈哈哈

Initially, I am still hesitating on publishing my blog. Needless to say, the greatest setback comes from my language problem. My English sucks! I can’t really express myself in those bombastic letters which could impress my reader with a “WOAH” whistle. But being a positive thinker, I had to swallow this dispiriting thoughts back into my stomach and release out within 5 mins POOOoO!加油加油! I must keep on upgrading this webpage with my talents and complete blogging eternally with superb English. 天啊！
